The meals were good. The room was beautiful and airy, with coffee and a TV.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The whole place had a quiet atmosphere and I will be back. Everything was fantastic, including good breakfasts with sausages and toast and tasty tomatoes.

Everything was simply good. Came in Burwash to relax and have fun, this characterful hotel was ideal base for doing it. I had fabulous food for breakfast with tasty tomatoes from the garden.

Fairly clean property with amicable staff. Well decorated room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Easy to get to, stunning and particularly good location not far from delicious pub, the church and Tunbridge Wells for work.

The location met requirements, it was exceptionally nice right next to an open field at one side.

I have stayed in the double room with stunning views. There is a wide array of facilities in the room like : an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron. Would come here again, I thoroughly enjoyed this place.

I had the most wonderful stay at this charming B&B tucked away in a quiet lane of a beautiful English village. The owner, a lovely lady, made me feel incredibly welcome and ensured I had a comfortable stay. The room in this old English cottage was everything I had hoped for - cozy and comfortable, with a spacious private bathroom. I loved the view of the garden from my window, giving it a truly picturesque feel. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast, which included freshly cooked scrambled eggs and mushrooms. The Wi-Fi was also surprisingly fast! I highly recommend Court Barn Cottage B&B for its superb hospitality and unbeatable value for money.

The location was fab, short walk to Batemans, a great local pub with great food, and village centre. The room was spotless with a double bed, we had a good rest.

I liked the hotel, it met expectation. My stay was very good for my particular visit. The stuff where friendly and amicable hole time of my stay. The venue was in a central location just off the train station, and a beautiful and delicious pub.

Airy & spacious unit with a double bed. Particularly good location in Burwash, really close to Burwash and the hill. Also, in the allotted parking area.

Just perfect overall experience. Quaint and appealing accommodation with stunning setting close to village centre and delicious pub. A work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and television available in the double room. The views over garden.
